Hi Amanda- I believe it'sthe Bellevue Lounge at the Boardwalk, but I must say I've not sampled this beautiful blue concoction there...

Some of you answered correctly! The location is Bellvue Lounge located within the Boardwalk Resort. The drink is the Blue Glowtini! Thanks for guessing!
