This week's Wine Wednesday post comes to you in the form of a recipe for one of my favorite drinks on Disney World Property: The French Martini from California Grill! It's no surprise that this is one of my favorite cocktails due to the fact that California Grill is one of my favorite Disney restaurants, and also because they finish it off with a splash of my absolute favorite wine: Roederer Estate Brut.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Skyy Vodka
- 1/4 oz. Chambord Raspberry Liquer
- 1/4 oz. FRESH Pineapple Juice
- Splash Roederer Estate Brut Sparkling Wine
- Twist of Lime or Lemon
Pour each of the ingresients into a tall bar glass, shake with ice, pour into a martini glass, serve! VOILA!
